In the event of cancellation, the Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) shall apply.

Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract may be cancelled by unilateral declaration by the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee.

Outside the period stipulated in § 5.5, cancellation by unilateral declaration by the Party shall only be possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

• up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total arrangement price;
• up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price;
• 90 % of the total arrangement price in the last week before the date of arrival;
• in the event of no-show or early departure, we charge the arrangement price.

Please note that we can only accept cancellations in writing.
